Hector and Horace are male Muscovy ducks, they are brothers and share a passion for food.
Muscovy ducks are native to central and south America and live in the trees of forest swamps.
They are easily recognizable as they are larger than most domesticated ducks, and have a bright red crest on their face which covers the area under their eyes and around their beak
They are omnivores and like to eat roots, stems, leaves and the seeds of plants along with small fish and insects.
They roost in trees and have strong claws on their feet for grabbing tree branches.
They don't swim much (their feathers are not very waterproof) but they do like to preen and keep themselves clean.
Hector - A real cheeky chappie who will follow you anywhere for food.
Horace - Hectors best buddy.
